Running, hot yoga and gymnastics


What a nice image I found from internet - those words above are just the targets I want to achieve. Simple things, but in real life not so easy to achieve all of those - at least at the same time. But there is still hope :). To be a bit closer to those targets I have done quite a lot of different kind of exercises this week. On Monday I run 6,5 kilometers, on Tuesday 10 kilometers and in the mornings I have done some exercises just to wake up - like 30 back muscle exercises, 120 abs, 60 push ups, and some stretching. And today I went to a hot yoga class. 90 minutes exercise - wow, it was really efficient and I can really feel it in my muscles. I just need to schedule this yoga class to my calendar and start to do it regularly. It really takes care of my body and soul!


There are so many benefits in exercising in the heated room and it really intensifies the practice. Those things I need to highlight to myself next time when the motivation is not there. I just have to remember - when the body gets stronger, the mind goes along for the ride.  

Delicious tarts - yumm!


 Today I baked delicious, small tarts. Simple to do and the taste is really good.

Small tarts

4,5 dl flour
1 dl sugar
1 teaspoons baking powder
2 teaspoons vanilla sugar
200 g unsalted butter
2 tablespoons milk

Mix all the dry ingredients together and add butter piece by piece. Mix quickly and do small balls. Make a deep whole in the middle and fill it with berries or jam. Heat the oven until it is 200 Celsius degrees and bake the tarts about 15 minutes.


Well, I admit hat they are not exact the beauties, but who cares; the taste is still the main issue :).
